Three vintage Maria Theresa-style chandeliers, kept together as one collection and installed only by the people who look after them.
The matching set
Three alike, arm for arm.
Each of the three carries the same twelve-light silhouette, the same cut-glass column and the same fall of faceted crystal. One can stand alone, two can mirror each other, and all three read as a single composition.
A matching set is what lets a room be composed, not simply lit.
Anatomy of a chandelier
From the crown to the last drop.
Read from top to bottom, each chandelier is a careful arrangement of glass, light and weight.
- Twelve candle lights
- Set on glass-clad arms around the column: twelve on each chandelier, thirty-six across the collection.
- Faux-wax sleeves
- Every flame-shaped bulb sits in a white sleeve with a moulded drip, so the lights read as candles rather than fittings.
- Crystal bobeches
- Beneath each candle, a shallow glass bowl hung with pendants catches the light and scatters it back into the room.
- Column and rosettes
- A substantial cut-glass column and decorative rosettes give each piece its line and its presence.
- Faceted dressing
- Cascades of pendalogues, almond drops and crystal chains, fitted by hand at the venue.
- About 24 kg each
- The weight of one chandelier, fully dressed. It is why every piece hangs from rated support and is only ever handled by our team.
