Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date, confirm availability, create a booking or require either party to proceed. An installation is confirmed only through the separate proposal, acceptance and payment process communicated for that commission.

Every experience is privately quoted according to location, access, timing, venue requirements and the proposed installation. No public rate card applies through this website.

Availability and site suitability

Availability, configuration and placement remain subject to an appropriate assessment. LUSTRE may decline or revise a proposed installation where access, structure, suspension, power, weather, timing, venue rules or other practical conditions cannot be satisfactorily resolved.

Detailed responsibilities for the client, venue, production team and LUSTRE will be set out in the proposal or service terms for a confirmed commission.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the LUSTRE name, visual identity, copy, layouts and original website material may not be copied, republished, adapted or used commercially without prior written permission. Brand names and marks belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners.
